Thiers-Est train station
The Thiers-Est train station in Nice demonstrates how metallic surfaces can bring architecture to life. Inspired by the shimmering blue of azurite, Studio Libeskind created a colored stainless steel façade that plays with light and reflects the cityscape. The inoxSPECTRAL process gives the colored stainless steel panels their unique shine—without paint, only through light and precision. The result: a metallic architectural color that is corrosion-resistant, durable, and aesthetically exceptional. Design combines with stainless steel surfaces to create a living sculpture that captures the sky. Crossfire Cobaltblue proves that when material, light, and idea merge, facades become emotion—and urban design becomes art.
